Client brief: Solution to apartment oversupply

A point of difference was required. Research revealed, an untapped buyer segment demanded greater options than current developer offerings.
We offered customised finishes and increased buyer value by offering unique floor plans. Costs were decreased by removing factors that were simply not important to the buyer. Unique amenities included a library, kids play room & communal vegetable garden.

A robust off the plan sales campaign via a data base was enough to secure sales to fund construction. The landowner has decided to move in on completion. We celebrated her success with her favourite champagne.
